With over 20 years of private equity experience in international PE markets and transborder transactions, Tamerlan grew through the ranks in the PE industry from an Investment Officer position in AIG's Silk Road Fund and Country Director for Bedminster Capital Management to the key man and founding partner role in the Aureos Central Asia fund.
With a focus on investment discipline, Tamerlan's core values include prudence and emphasis on long-term value creation through meticulous post-investment value creation. Currently based out of London, Tamerlan advises PE deals mostly on the sell side at pre-investment stages in the role of Change Manager, deeply involved in reengineering target operations for later sale.
Tamerlan has an MBA from Emory University, Atlanta, GA, and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 2006.
